Chase - formerly dabbled as home-brewer before becoming a ‘craft beer snob’ with a passion for IPAs. It has only been within the last 18 months or so that my whiskey exploration has begun in earnest, starting with bourbons and ryes, moving into the Irish during my own version of March-madness, and a recent introduction and flirtation with single malt scotch. In addition to continuing to try new and different whiskeys, I am also backtracking through what I’ve already tried in order to better compare what I like, which I like best, and which I’m willing to buy again.
