The are of a good cocktail is combining all the ingredients to make a nice blend of flavors. When traveling to a distillery it is a nice surprise when they have a cocktail bar that showcases their products. The Clydeside Distillery in Glasgow, Scotland does not disappoint. The cocktail Art that I would like to showcase is their Sherry Manhattan.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Clydeside Napier Scotch
  • 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10 ml Luxardo Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Angustora Bitters
  • Garnish with Luxardo Cherry in chilled Coupe Glass

I found that this blend was incredible smooth with a softer side to a traditional Manhatten. Enjoy and Thank You Clydeside.
