Finishing is just the beginning
After drinking Whisk{e}y for several years, I am beginning to enjoy how distillers are experimenting with different finishes. While I have a long passion for Irish Whisk{e}y, that barley is becoming somewhat refreshing with a sherry finish; namely Redbreast.
